I had an amazing time here with my family. The hotel facilities are perfect for families with children. There's a large outdoor and indoor playground, swimming pool with a special baby pool, armbands and googles for kids, and kids club from 9AM to 9PM. The hotel is clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the high-quality and delicious food served for breakfast and dinner.
All was good.

This is an excellent place for your kids to have great time.. Kids facilities were excellent, kids club was also great.. Kids pool was also great.
- No iron in rooms, so bring ur own iron or you will have to go on ur own to the reception and collect the iron, then go to another building and collect the ironing table!! - one lady at the reception was a bit strange in dealing with customers. During check out, I asked her a normal question if my credit card was charged, and she replied in a way that I have to pay!! that was annoying, and I didn't like it.

good position, nice staff, very good restaurant (having the same table for the entire stay is a good idea).
There was no fridge, mini-bar, airco in the room. Frankly it seems to me the rooms are more a 3* + and not necessarly 4* + . The restaurant come to compensate this.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and was blown away by the level of comfort and quality services provided. The location of this place was perfect, as it was situated right in the center of the town. After a long day of exploring and activities, it was a joy to come back to this hotel and relax. The staff here truly knows what good service is all about. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. The room was spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities such as a mini-bar and in-room safe. I also appreciated the beautiful terrace and garden furniture, where I could sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The location, service, and amenities were all exceptional.

We have stayed here 6 times sometimes with family sometimes as a couple. We have stayed in many hotels throughout the world but this is the best. Each meal is a surprise and a delight. The owners are involved in the daily work in the hotel and the staff are friendly and profesional, many being there a number of years. The facilities are also exceptional, seperate swiming pools for family and adults, numerous saunas and steam rooms, sports activities and young children supervised play area. I can highly recomend the hotel

It's perfect to relax after a day on the slopes, and visitors can quickly walk to shops and other attractions. the room is clean, spacious, with lovely views. the bathroom is modern and well maintained. Guests can enjoy excellent service from the friendly staff at the hotel. the breakfast is simply amazing with a huge variety of options. You get good facilities here such as great swimming pool, saunas, and children's club.
The hotel feels outdated and not very modern.

The hotel's location was ideal for easy access to the city's main attractions. the staff were very friendly and accommodating. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from.
The room was a bit small and cramped, making it difficult to work comfortably. the Wi-Fi signal was weak and unreliable, which made it hard to get work done.

Great place for families and skiing. Good for unwinding with an indoor and outdoor pool, family spa, as well as adult-only spa and pool. , the hotel's staff is child-friendly. The hotel is in a prime location, and the Giegenbuhl nursery slope is only ten minutes walk, and ski bus stop at Apothekparkplatz is only a five-minute walk. The food is a highlight, and there's always a kid-friendly buffet option, and evening meals offer a wide variety and are never stingy on the portions.
The hotel needs better fire response procedures to ensure guest's safety. the rooms tend to be hot, even though the radiators are turned down, requiring one to sleep with the balcony door open and the resultant noise that comes with it.
